HOLISTIC COUNSELLING
in the blue mountains

Holistic counselling supports the whole person, exploring emotional wellbeing, mental health, and personal growth in a way that honours each individual’s unique story.

Holistic counselling is an opportunity to understand the inner experiences and deeper patterns that shape how we feel, think, and move through the world. Difficult emotions, recurring challenges, physical symptoms, relationship dynamics, and even dreams and body sensations can all hold valuable information for growth and healing.

Holistic counselling supports people experiencing:

  • Emotional dysregulation or feelings of overwhelm

  • Intrusive thoughts

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Work issues, including burnout and exhaustion

  • Life transitions

  • Creative blocks

  • Spiritual exploration, including meaning, purpose, and greater self-awareness

Sessions are collaborative, client-centred, and tailored to your individual needs. Depending on your goals, counselling may incorporate mindfulness, body awareness, reflective dialogue, creative exploration, dreamwork, or practical strategies for everyday wellbeing.

At the heart of this work is the belief that healing happens through awareness, connection, and the capacity to listen deeply to ourselves. Counselling offers a supportive and non-judgmental space to reconnect with your inner resources, navigate challenges with greater clarity, and move towards a more balanced and authentic life.

In-person and Zoom sessions are available.

WHAT IS HOLISTIC cOUNSELLING?

I am currently completing a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Holistic Practice). From July to October 2026 I am offering free counselling sessions as part of my student counselling clinic. Sessions will be offered via Zoom or in person in the Upper Blue Mountains NSW Australia on Saturdays (location TBC). These sessions are suitable for individuals over 18 years of age and spaces are limited.

Please note that as I am still studying, I am currently not able to work with people in crisis or with serious mental health diagnoses. I also do not work with individuals who are subject to an AVO / court order.
